It varies, because every project does. Fixed-scope services have a set rate. Full-service work is scoped individually around the space, the level of involvement and the project type — the initial call covers scope, a preliminary budget and timeline before anything is committed.
No. Most clients arrive knowing something needs to change and not much more. The call exists to define the right scope.
Yes. Single-room engagements are common — the process is the same, at a smaller scale.
Yes. The studio is Dallas-based, offers a defined remote design package, and takes on select projects nationally with travel arranged as part of the engagement.
You receive a proposal outlining scope, fees and timeline. Once that's signed, we move into onsite consultation, measurements, concept development, procurement and installation where applicable.
It depends on scope, product lead times and any construction involved. You'll get a realistic timeline with your proposal — and honest updates if anything outside our control shifts.
Yes. Coordinating with general contractors and trade partners is part of full-service work, on renovations and new construction alike.
The studio handles procurement on your behalf — sourcing, ordering, tracking and white-glove delivery — so pieces arrive correctly and are installed and styled in place.
